Fuel management systems are used by fleets including fixed or mobile fuelling operators, transportation companies and municipalities, to monitor, control and report fuel consumption and expenses.

Data accuracy
The data can be recorded and viewed in real time, showing the exact driver, vehicle, fuelling amount, location and date/time of the transaction.

Data at a glance
TECALEMIT’s range of fuel management dispensers can be linked to the mytecalemit cloud-based software, enabling remote monitoring of fuel levels and drivers in multiple locations from a tablet, PC, mac or mobile – meaning the user, for example the fuel delivery company, does not have to be on site.

Data security
When using the mytecalemit cloud software, your data is securely stored on the cloud.

Fuel savings
You will be able to see exactly where your fuel is going using detailed reports. This can help to assess how much fuel is required over a given time period in the future and see how much fuel vehicles should be using to help improve fuel efficiency.

Fuel security
In-depth identification options offer secure fuelling options. Both driver and vehicle identification are possible, meaning you can monitor any potential fuel theft and act if needed.

AdBlue® is a liquid, clear solution which consists of demineralised water and automotive urea (32,5%). AdBlue® is injected into the exhaust gasses of a diesel powered engine to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides (NOx) in combination with SCR (Selective Catalyste Reduction) technology. As such, AdBlue® is not an additive for diesel. AdBlue®, of which the technical name is AUS32, is alo know as DEF in the United States and ARLA32 in Brazil.

There is no simple one-size-fits-all solution. There are many factors that need to be considered:

  • How big is the workshop? How many lifting platforms/pits are there in the workshop?
  • How many different types of media will be used?
  • How is the oil currently being delivered?
  • What is to be changed?
  • What is the desired degree of integration with electronic data processing systems?
  • How high is the current ratio of oil shrinkage?

An oil management system is an upfront investment, but within a short amount of time, you will see its benefits:

  • Oils and other media are cheaper in bulk than in individual drums.
  • There will no longer be a need to handle / dispose of oil drums.
  • Savings will be made on unnecessary work and travels.
  • No dispensing takes place without being logged and billed. Oil shrinkage becomes practically eliminated.
  • An oil management system is environmentally-friendly.

The time saved allows more service procedures to be performed per day and effectively increases performance in the long term. The increasing cost of mineral oil and high consumption volume of fluids also pays towards the initial capital investment.

And of course TECALEMIT will provide you with comprehensive support to help you increase the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of all fluids.

Once all these factors have been considered, it is clear that a professional oil management system by TECALEMIT is a wise investment.
